Ordering, Delivery, Care and returns

All products are bespoke and customised to your requirements therefore we do not accept returns due to ordering the incorrect size or colour please check the description and your order carefully before placing.

Please ask if you are unsure of colour choice as I am always happy to help and colour charts are available on the website, please note due to monitor differences colours can vary slightly which we are not responsible for any discrepancies.

Posting timeframe

Items are sent by second class recorded delivery within 14 days of being ordered. All parcels will need signing for and if no one is home then you will be left a card to collect from your nearest sorting office and this must be collected within the time frame they specify, if the parcels are returned to me then postage must be paid by yourself at £4.45 per parcel before I attempt to send again.

Please note I cannot add to leave at certain places (in shed/behind bin etc) as it defeats the object of having tracked parcels. 

If you request tracking (if required) you must wait 14 days from postage date for Royal Mail to deliver, before I arrange a replacement.  I am not responsible for any delay with Royal Mail especially given the busiest times. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Please be aware that these are individually handmade to your preference so can take time please ask if needed by a specific date.


Returns are accepted if the item is faulty but must be returned by recorded delivery within 14 days.
Please ensure any items returned are done so by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Items ordered in error will need to be returned by recorded delivery within 14 days and you will be responsible for paying for postage for the second delivery if reordering, this does not include personalised items for example, chosen colour schemes/sizes as these cannot be restocked)

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct on your PayPal account and on the order form. I am not responsible to replace nor refund if you have not given the correct delivery address. 

Care guide

Please ensure all items are hand washed gently in no higher than a 30 degree temperature this is to preserve the crystals. Should any crystals become dislodged please contact us for advice we are happy to help with any issues and you must return the item by recorded signed for delivery.
